Processing delay for subset of syncs

This issue has been resolved. Between 8:14 PM and 9:22 PM ET, some sync runs experienced delays or failures. Event delivery was also delayed between 7:33 PM and 9:28 PM ET. There was no data loss. Affected syncs will recover on their next scheduled run. All services are now operating normally.
Processing delay and duplicate delivery for subset of Events

We identified and resolved an issue affecting event processing. Between 2:50 PM and 3:55 PM ET, a subset of customers in us-east-1 experienced delayed event processing up to 50 minutes across Event Streaming, Warehouse syncs and Realtime Audiences. A small number of events delivered through Event Streaming syncs may have been duplicated. Warehouse syncs and Realtime Audiences for affected events were delayed during this time. The underlying problem has been addressed and all impacted Events have been successfully processed, there was no data loss.
