We’re reaching out to let you know that the issue affecting scenario execution has been resolved, and most of the previously disabled scenarios have been re-enabled. Remaining affected scenarios will be handled individually. System execution has stabilized and normal operations have resumed.

Unexpected database load from another Make component caused a CPU spike that delayed scenario executions in eu1.make.celonis.com. This has been addressed and the zone is operating normally.
EU1 - Scenarios failing at initialization with "Failed to verify account" error

Between 17:29 and 17:34 CEST on 22nd of July, scenarios on the EU1 zone failed at initialization with a "Failed to verify account" error, affecting connections across all apps. Approximately 200 scenarios were automatically deactivated as a result and have since been re-enabled. We are actively working to prevent recurrence.
