Vibes identified an issue with MMS MO latency and missing MMS DLRs from T-Mobile, which began on 8/13 at 4:30 AM CST. The issue was resolved on 8/14 at 10:20 AM CST. Impact: MMS MO messages will be delivered as they are reprocessed MMS DLRs will not be reprocessed

Vibes engineers have identified and corrected an issue causing an error when attempting to create a new Broadcast campaign within the Vibes Platform. You may have experienced this error with the campaign creation between 4:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. CDT on Thursday, August 13th. Messages that were already scheduled prior to this time were sent without error.
