Reactor graph loading issues and Plasma KYT monitoring delays

A fix has been put in place and we will continue to monitor the stability over the next 48 hours. Reactor graphs should now be loading normally, and the broader degraded performance affecting Risk API services has recovered. We are continuing to investigate a separate issue limited to Plasma-related requests. At this time, any remaining impact should be limited to Plasma-specific API requests and related real-time monitoring. If you continue to experience issues outside of Plasma, please contact support@chainalysis.com. Next scheduled update at 17:00 UTC Monday 22nd.
