IT teams have implemented a fix and delayed emails are now starting process from ServiceNow. Community members don't need to resend emails, submit tickets on the Service Hub, or directly call for support. Teams will continue monitoring to ensure stability.

Instructure, the vendor, has published a set <a href="https://www.instructure.com/incident_update">FAQs about the incident</a> and has continued to update it with new information about the incident, what they know about it, and how they're responding. The university will continue to monitor and will share if any additional updates specific to the Northeastern community arise.
