On October 14 from 3:11 PM to 3:27 PM CT, SchooLinks had degraded performance due to infrastructure. Some users may have experienced slow page loads or errors. Some transcript uploads made during this time were delayed or experienced errors. Failed transcripts have been re-processed by SchooLinks Engineer. The platform has been working normally since 3:27 PM CT. We're sorry for the disruption.

Between approximately 2:31 PM and 2:52 PM Central Time, some users experienced degraded performance across the platform. Depending on the action, some requests may have taken longer to complete or timed out. No data was affected. The underlying issue has been resolved and performance has returned to normal. We have increased capacity, are continuing to monitor and are performing an investigation to take steps to prevent a recurrence. We apologize for the disruption.

SchooLinks is fully operational. AWS has confirmed a full recovery and we have not observed any further errors from our testing.

Per Common App this issue has been resolved. Common App had brief interruption related to a pre-deadline release around 10:20 AM ET that lasted for about 20 minutes. Recommenders should not have any further problems with form submission. If a recommender did try to submit forms during that period, they should review the status of the form to make sure it was successfully submitted.

Service Restored The underlying AWS outage has been fully resolved and all affected services have been restored. Our platform is now operating normally.
