You can use the functionality: Improve data quality, via [Accounts - Suppliers/Customers - Improve data quality] to find doubles and merge them. If your document is not automatically resent, you can archive the document manually by clicking on the three dots next to 'Jaarrekening openen' > 'Archiveren' on the project page.
