We identified an issue preventing customers in the UK from completing FPS submissions in the products listed below: Sage 50 Payroll Sage Business Cloud Payroll Customers are presented with “not been possible to connect to mailbox” error when attempting to submit. We are engaged with third-party, HMRC and waiting for updates.
