Card payments on terminals in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland have been stable since approximately 08:51 UTC (10:51 CEST / 11:51 EEST). We are monitoring the situation closely. Earlier this morning, some card payments and cancellations failed intermittently across several short episodes between 06:08 and 08:50 UTC (08:08–10:50 CEST / 09:08–11:50 EEST). If a payment failed during that window, it was not charged. We recommend retrying any failed payments. We have identified the cause and are working with our network partner to confirm full resolution. We will post a further update once we have confirmed stability.

We’re sorry for the delay and any inconvenience this has caused. No transactions were lost, and this issue is now resolved.
