Please be informed that due to a technical issue, some of your customers might have been unable to make payments online via Le Crédit Lyonnais (LCL) on 16/10/2026 between 10:45 CEST and 11:01 CEST. We confirm that as of 11:01 CEST on 16/10/2026, normal service has been resumed and your customers will now be able to make payments normally. We also confirm that the issue has an external responsibility (independent of Worldline).

Please be informed that the perturbations affecting processing maintenance operations on Direct PayPal transactions have been officially resolved. The disruptions occurred on 14/10/2026 from 09:07 to 09:12 CEST, and from 10:13 to 10:18 CEST. A workaround was applied at 10:18 CEST. The platform remains stable. No recurrence has been observed. We confirm that a permanent fix was successfully deployed in the PRODUCTION environment today, 15/10/2026 at 09:31 CEST. We regret any potential inconvenience. Thank you for your patience.

Our systems have detected that the KBC and BNPP transaction settlement file dated from 28/09/2026 has been rejected. We confirm that the settlement has been successfully resubmitted to the acquirer on 14/10/2026. The proceeds of the transactions involved will be credited to your account 15 days later than usual. We also confirm that the issue has an external responsibility (independent of Worldline).

Yesterday, you were informed about an issue with transactions that may have been set to an incomplete or invalid status between 12/10/2026 10:03 CEST and 12:20 CEST. As a matter of precision, this technical issue was related to webhooks. Transactions did not end with any error. The notifications (webhooks) that merchants always receive at the moment of transactions, experienced an issue, but not transactions as such. We regret the situation and the confusion caused.
