Emergency Maintenance Notice - Production Redis DB Upgrade

Hi there, We would like to provide a final update regarding today's maintenance activity. The maintenance has been completed successfully, and the platform is now fully operational. As part of this maintenance window, we successfully completed the MSK upgrade. However, after careful evaluation during the activity, we were unable to proceed with the RDS upgrade within the scheduled window. To avoid any unnecessary risk or disruption, we have postponed the RDS upgrade to a future maintenance window. We understand that maintenance activities can be disruptive, and we sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and cooperation throughout this process. Maintenance in Progress – Search Service (US & EU Regions)

Hello, The Search DB migration for both US and EU production environments has been successfully completed. The activity began as communicated earlier, during which services were briefly paused to safely perform the migration. The new database was fully ready, and services were restored shortly after for both environments. Following this, thorough validation and sanity checks were carried out by our Dev and QA teams, all of which were completed successfully with no issues observed. All systems are now stable and functioning as expected. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this activity.
