Between August 5 and 10, some users experienced temporary issues with the "My Tasks" page: newly assigned tasks were sometimes missing from the list, and completed tasks could show outdated statuses. This was purely a display issue affecting what task lists showed, not the underlying data. The issue has been fully resolved, and our team double-checked every affected account to confirm task data and lists are now accurate. We're sorry for any confusion this caused and appreciate your patience.
Platform slow performace

We experienced some issues with processing newly uploaded files on the platform. In particular, some documents may have appeared stuck with the endless “Extracting text” status. The platform remained accessible and available, but certain functionalities — such as uploading documents and initiating AI translation — might take significantly longer than usual. Our engineering team has stabilized the performance and is working on a permanent fix to be released shortly. Your files should be processed properly now. However, if a file you've uploaded earlier has not been processed, please try removing it and uploading again. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
