Document export issue

Some customers may experience delays when exporting or downloading documents. Export requests are being accepted and queued but are taking longer than usual to complete. No data is lost — exports will complete once processing catches up. We've identified a buildup in our document export processing queue in the EU region, which is slowing the time it takes for export and download jobs to finish. Our engineering team has pinpointed the bottleneck and is scaling up processing capacity to clear the backlog. We are increasing processing capacity to drain the queue and restore normal export speeds. We're actively monitoring the queue as capacity comes online.

Resolved – Performance Degradation The earlier performance degradation caused by higher-than-usual system load has now been fully resolved. All affected features — including document uploads, task assignment in Tasks, and project statistics calculations — are operating normally again. The issue was resolved at 23:00 UTC on February 13 (EU) / 1:00 AM UTC on February 14 (USA). We appreciate your patience while our team worked to restore full performance.
