Bank of Queensland has resolved the payment file response issue. Please note, this was not an issue on PEXA's side. Some Bank of Queensland (BOQ) disbursements may still be processing, despite workspace showing as “Completed and Disbursed” before BOQ has finished processing payments. In these cases funds may not yet have been received despite the completed status. Bank Of Queensland is actively working to have these payments completed shortly. We’re sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you and your customers.
