It has been determined that the remaining affected users are on the Comcast network, which is retaining the erroneous security detection against the SecureCafe3.com domain. Clients on the Comcast network can circumvent this issue by adding securecafe3.com to the 'allow list' in their Comcast Business web filter dashboard. It is also recommended that the affected clients contact Comcast support to report the false positive. Yardi Systems is continuing to monitor the situation and will provide updates as they become available.

This issue was caused by an incorrect security classification of the domain by third-party security providers. This affected access to Site Manager and Tenant Portal and caused some emails to be incorrectly flagged as phishing. Remediation is underway with the affected providers, and we are closing this incident while continuing to monitor progress.
