The Volt Messaging API experienced an outage between 7:15 PM EDT and 8:07 EDT. During this period, calls to the API would fail with a error of "failed to create message entity". Messages which failed in this way have not been sent. The issue was fully resolved at 8:07 PM EDT and message process has been fully restored.
