Between 1:07PM and 1:27PM Pacific Time (20:07 and 20:27 UTC) some users may have experienced a 500 error when attempting to access dronedeploy.com. This was due to a service issue with a third party software provider. The issue has been resolved and our team will continue to monitor to ensure ongoing stability.

The underlying issue has been corrected and no further impact is expected.
