Customer Advisory – Cloud Service Outage Incident Start Time: 9:30 AM ET, July 24, 2026 Current Status: Resolved Latest Update Operations Cloud services have been successfully restored, and all core functionalities are now operating normally. The Health pipeline is fully operational, including customer-configured threshold processing. Recovery activities are complete at this stage. Any remaining data gaps or residual issues will be evaluated and addressed on a case-by-case basis to ensure minimal customer impact.
