The issue affecting Fleetio’s Auto Approval Functionality remains temporarily disabled while a fix is in progress. This functionality should not be manually turned back on while under maintenance. If your account had a Repair Order impacted by this issue, our Customer Success team will reach out to you directly with additional details. Repair Orders can still be manually approved in the interim. We will continue to update you as progress is made.

Integration workflow functionality has been restored, and workflows are now able to run. However, the Integration Builder Configuration UI in the Fleetio App remains unavailable while we continue unscheduled maintenance. If you need to make changes to an integration workflow configuration while the Configuration UI is unavailable, please contact our Support Team for assistance. Our team is actively working to fully restore the Integration Builder, and we will provide additional updates as service restoration progresses.

We are currently investigating an issue affecting a subset of FuelCloud integrations. Our team has identified the likely cause and is actively working on a resolution. We are also addressing an issue that is preventing some affected integrations from being reconnected through normal troubleshooting steps. We will provide another update as soon as we have more information or a fix is available.

We are investigating an issue affecting some newly connected Fleetcor integrations. In certain cases, customers may not see their Fleetcor data sync into Fleetio as expected. Our team is actively working to identify the cause and restore normal data syncing. Existing integrations may not be affected. We will share another update as soon as more information is available.
