North America Live Traffic Outage
noneAug 14, 2026 · resolved Aug 14
Our third-party traffic provider has completed a rollback of their previous change. Following the rollback, we have re-enabled Live Traffic in production, and our tests confirm that all traffic services are behaving as expected. Live traffic coverage is fully restored across all North American regions. We are continuing to closely monitor routes and data to ensure stability. Current Guidance & Driver Instructions: -For Drivers: Live traffic data, real-time incident reports, and routing adjustments have resumed. If your application is not reflecting live conditions, please restart your CoPilot application to load the active feed. We appreciate your patience while we worked through this issue.
Intermittent Failures - Single Search Batch
minorAug 4, 2026 · resolved Aug 4
On August 4, 2026 at 12:01 EDT, a high-severity incident was reported, affecting the singlesearch.alk.com/api/batch/ endpoint, which began returning HTTP 503 Service Unavailable errors. This customer-facing API was unable to process incoming batch search requests for the duration of the incident, directly impacting any customers or integrations relying on this endpoint. The issue was resolved on August 5, 2026 at 06:53 EDT. During a planned infrastructure update on August 2, the underlying servers were upgraded but one of the applications did not update to match. This mismatch couldn't run the old application setup, and new application instances couldn't be started to replace them. With no working instances available to handle requests, the service was unavailable and customers started seeing errors.

Service Disruption - EU Endpoint Connectivity
noneJun 1, 2026 · resolved Jun 1
Between 11:45 AM and 12:00 PM EST (4:45 PM – 5:00 PM BST), we experienced a brief service disruption affecting some European customers whose requests route through our EU AWS environment. The disruption was caused by an infrastructure change that led to connection failures. Our engineering team quickly implemented a workaround, and full connectivity was successfully restored by 12:00 PM EST (5:00 PM BST). We are currently reviewing the infrastructure change to safely reapply it, while simultaneously enhancing our internal configurations to prevent a recurrence of this issue.
Increased Latency - Routing Services
noneMay 29, 2026 · resolved May 29
Starting at 05:30 EDT (10:30 BST), Trimble internal alerts identified latency in some routing requests received via our PCMiler Web Services APIs. The Trimble engineering team immediately responded and resolved the issue by 06:15 EDT (11:15 BST). The service continues to be closely monitored, and we do not expect any recurrence. Further investigations will take place to identify future improvements.
