SafeBase <> Salesforce integration degradation

The Salesforce integration is fully restored. Between June 6 and June 8, a subset of customers experienced failures with Salesforce data lookups due to a refresh token expiration issue at our integration provider. We're working with our provider on permanent measures to prevent recurrence and will follow up with any affected customer if further action is needed on their side. We apologize for the disruption and appreciate your patience.
