Description: On October 12, 2026, between 08:28 and 08:45 UTC, a technical issue on our side affected face matching. During this time, applicants whose verification included a face match check were asked to resubmit their documents with the “Bad face matching” reason. The issue has been fixed, and face matching works as expected. What to do: No action is needed on the applicant’s profile. When affected applicants return to verification, they will see a message that their face is not clearly visible and will be asked to resubmit their identity document and selfie. After that, they will be verified as usual. You may want to let these applicants know they need to complete verification again. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We are continuing to work on the connectivity issues affecting some end users in Vietnam. Our team is engaging with the affected internet providers individually to determine the cause of the blocking and to restore access. There are no further updates at this time. The workaround remains the same: affected users can switch to a different network (for example, mobile data from another provider) or use a VPN to complete verification. Clients with VPN/proxy restrictions enabled may want to review flagged applicants from Vietnam during this period. We will keep you informed and post the next update as soon as there is meaningful progress.

Between 13:23 and 15:13 UTC, we experienced a temporary issue affecting applicant search functionality. As a result, some applicant search requests in the Dashboard and CSV exports may have been unavailable or returned errors. New verifications continued to be created and processed during this period. The issue has been fully resolved.

Between 08:15 and 08:28 UTC, we experienced a complete service outage. The incident was caused by a software bug in a critical code path handling all API requests, which was triggered by a configuration change. The issue has been resolved and the service has been restored.

The intermittent issue has been fully resolved. Systems have been operating without issue for over 30 minutes. All applicants affected during the brief degradation window were automatically re-screened and processed successfully. All AML screening services are now functioning normally.
