We would like to inform you that the issues with the MNL2 cloud have been resolved. We restored power to our racks, and all servers are up and running. Due to the nature and duration of the incident, we had to power-cycle numerous VMs so they could reestablish connections to their drives on the storage cluster. Please check your VMs from inside their operating systems, and let us know if you face any issues with them.

The network was stabilized over the weekend, and for the last couple of days, the connection has been stable with no losses from outside the Philippines. Please note that during the issue with the control panel accessibility, all environments in PaaS remained running and worked without disruption.
