We've identified and resolved a problem where some integrators may have experienced issues when attempting to activate systems for their end users through the System Management Portal (subscriptions.genetec.com). This affected integrators who attempted to use unique activation links. Integrators who are standard members of an organization in the System Management Portal were not affected.
