We have identified and fixed the underlying cause of the issue. We’re now working with Shopify to restore the Boost Commerce app on storefronts. Until access is restored, some Boost features may not display as expected on your store. We’ll provide a further update as soon as we have more information. Sync process errors

At around 02:30, we started receiving many sync errors on Shopify API calls to retrieve store data. At the same time, we quickly found out that there were reports on Shopify system down in https://downdetector.com/status/shopify/ At 06:30 UTC, Shopify system was back to normal and so is our Sync process. EC2 instance availability issue

Between Tue, 20 Aug 2024 06:44:06 GMT and Tue, 20 Aug 2024 07:16:00 GMT, a small number of EC2 instances were unavailable. This caused downtime of FE API for a small number of stores. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.

We already fixed for stores which have critical impact and on the process of fixing for the rest. Please keep in mind that this only affects storefronts having UI customization (HTML/CSS) that relies on "buildExtrasProductListByAjax" to render the custom HTML. The fixing process can be slow because the custom code is very theme-specific, in which we must check and fix case by case. Besides, the fix will be applied on a duplicated theme. So we will contact you directly when it is in place so that you can double check and publish the theme.
