ActiveCampaign is experiencing a degradation of some parts of the platform Customers who are attempting to access the main Contacts or Deals pages may see the content fail to load. Other pages may also be impacted. This issue is due to a security issue impacting a third party domain used to host assets for ActiveCampaign. If you are experiencing issues loading these or other pages, please reach out to support for more information. Symptoms may include pages that load the navigation but present a blank/white page for the main content. This issue may have started as early as Tuesday, June 16th, for some customers.

Engineers have successfully deployed the fix across all systems. Testing confirms that the option to edit advanced searches and segmentations within the Contacts section is now fully restored and operating normally. This incident is now resolved.
