Step-by-Step Setup Instructions

Moogsoft Webhook Setup

1.In Moogsoft, go to Integrations or Outbound Integrations

2.Create a new Webhook integration

3.Set the URL to the webhook URL above

4.Configure the payload to include alert data (description, severity, source, external_id)

5.Optionally add a signature header (X-Moogsoft-Signature) for verification

6.Select the alert events you want to forward (e.g. new alerts, resolved alerts)

7.Save the integration
