Step-by-Step Setup Instructions

Slack Integration Setup

1.Go to api.slack.com/apps and create a new Slack app (or use an existing one)
2.Navigate to Incoming Webhooks and toggle it On
3.Click Add New Webhook to Workspace
4.Select the channel for incident notifications
5.Copy the Webhook URL
6.In Alert24, go to Settings → Integrations and paste the URL in the Slack section
7.Click Send Test to verify the connection
