Step-by-Step Setup Instructions

Telegram Bot Integration Setup

This is an outbound integration — Alert24 sends incident notifications to your Telegram chat.

1.Create a Telegram bot via @BotFather and get the bot token
2.Add the bot to your group/channel
3.Get the chat ID (send a message to the bot, then check https://api.telegram.org/bot<TOKEN>/getUpdates)
4.In Alert24, go to Settings → Integrations and enter your bot token and chat ID
5.Enable "Telegram" as a notification channel in your notification rules
